The office, which is based in Edinburgh, is part of an ongoing expansion plan by the company, which will also see new offices opening in London and the South West of England over the next 18 months.
The new office will be led by Mark Sargeant, 38, who has worked in the industry for over 20 years and most recently as Managing Director of ThyssenKrupp Ireland. Mark said: “I have enjoyed working in different places but it was always my intention to come back and establish myself here because I have such strong connections both personally and with the area’s business community.”
Kevin Mansfield, Managing Director of Express Elevators, said “the company is keen to significantly raise its profile in Scotland and we are delighted to be opening a new office in Edinburgh. Express Elevators already has an established client base in Scotland maintaining lifts, stairlifts and public access equipment and Mark and his team can now provide our services locally whilst expanding the office with the acquisition of new clients.”
