EXPRESS is one of the UK's leading independent lift companies, providing maintenance, repairs, modernisation and new products.
Due to continued growth throughout the country we are now looking for an experienced Service Manager who will be responsible for managing a team of lift service engineers, organising rotas, planning and controlling the maintenance and callout operations nationally.
Delivering excellent customer service at all times is essential for this role. Candidates will also be accountable for resolving customer complaints and achieving customer satisfaction through quality of service and precise communication.
The ideal candidate will preferably have 2-3 years management or supervisory experience within an engineering or service sector background and have a strong technical understanding of the role. Servicing and management experience within the Lift industry is preferred but not essential. Candidates must be adaptable, have strong team leadership skills and good communication skills.
